  17.      The _l_a_u_n_c_h_b_o_o_k_v_i_e_w_e_r utility launches the user's favorite book viewer as
  18.      chosen on the _d_t_U_t_i_l_i_t_i_e_s(_1) panel or set in the _B_O_O_K_V_I_E_W_E_R environment
  19.      variable.  If the user has not chosen a favorite book viewer, the script
  20.      launches Insight.

  23.      The _l_a_u_n_c_h_b_o_o_k_v_i_e_w_e_r script is not intended to be run directly by the end
  24.      user, but can be run at a Unix shell command line.  It is also accessible
  25.      from the toolchest (Help > Online Books).
